People learn in so many different ways, and people generally have preferred ways of learning too – so what works well for one person may not work well for another. Some people learn well through reading and study for example, while others learn well through experience and doing things… some learn better in groups, through dialogue and interaction, while others prefer reflecting alone, even for a short while. Some people journal their life-journey with extraordinary creativity, while others recoil even at the thought of trying.

24-7 Prayer hosts and offers a variety of ways to learn, because we believe in whole-life discipleship. Training and courses are a part of this whole-life discipleship, but not all of it. We encourage 24-7’s leaders to be life-long learners, to grow in, and become examples in “speech, in life, in love, in faith and purity” (1 Timothy 4v12). This requires a whole-life approach to learning.

If you are a community who wants to learn together, we recommend 24-7’s Virtual series. These are a distance resource combining online resources and live check-ins with 24-7 Learning staff.

If you’re looking for a mentoring/internship opportunity with one of 24-7’s leaders, check out Wild Goose. It may be a bit hard to explain, but it is never boring!

If you’re looking to find your way into an established Boiler Room Network community where you can learn alongside others, look into Transit/Roots.

If you’re involved in 24-7 and need training for new frontier/pioneer/missional horizons, talk to us about Springboard. We’ve completed the pilot two-year course and we’re looking at how and where to do this next.
